Iglesia Santa Maria Magdalena

Located in the main square of the old quarter, the Church of Santa María Magdalena is the most representative building in the municipality. Built between 1710 and 1774, it features an elegant neoclassical style with a Latin cross plan and stands out for its blue glazed tile dome, typical of Valencian religious architecture. The church is open to the public from Tuesday to Friday from 6pm to 7.30pm, on Saturdays from 6.30pm to 8pm and on Sundays from 11am. During the summer, Mass is celebrated on Mondays at 7.30 pm, Tuesday to Friday at 9.30 am, Saturdays and holiday eves in the Oratory at 6.30 pm (Mass at 7.30 pm), and on Sundays and holidays at 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. In winter, the morning schedule is maintained (Monday to Friday at 9:30 a.m.) and holiday evenings are moved forward: Oratory at 5:30 p.m. and Mass at 6:30 p.m. Special schedules for Christmas, Holy Week, or patron saint festivals are communicated directly by the parish.
